Micah & Moonbeam of Progressive Partner Acrobatics are bringing a dynamic, comprehensive workshop featuring some of their favorite material and training methodologies to the west coast! Prerequisites & Target Skill Level: This workshop is multi-level, but primarily geared toward refining established L-basing foundations (especially around F2H and H2H) and building or sharpening your standing practice across F2H, H2H, and standing lifts. Recommended experience with L-base H2H, standing 2 high, standing F2H, and high bird.
