Come join Taylored ACRO for a workshop all about Dynamic ACRO. We will start with movement theory and training pedagogy before moving in depth into Dynamic L-Basing and Dynamic Standing ACRO! Get ready to toss hard, soar high, and spot like you’ve never done before! Expect a fast paced and deeply technical program that will have you taking real risks while making ACRO truly safe and accessible! All content is scaled, so no matter your experience level you’ll have something to learn and build upon! No partner or experience required. Those with more experience will get more out of this workshop.
