This ticket is for both Saturday and Sunday workshops: Saturday, July 18th Dynamic ACRO: The art of tossing, catching and spotting! We will start with movement theory and training pedagogy before moving in depth into Dynamic L-Basing and Dynamic Standing ACRO! Get ready to toss hard, soar high and spot like you've never done before! Expect a fast paced and deeply technical program that will have you taking real risks while making ACRO truly safe and accessible! Sunday, July 19th Poplocates++ Have you ever wanted to inlocate? What about pop higher and better than ever? Well then this is the workshop for you! Together we will break down the elements that make pops floaty, make catches soft, and make the mechanical movements of inlocates actually make sense! Starting from theory and moving into practical drills, you'll gain the understanding and skills to safely share this multi-person movement sequence. No partner or experience required. Those with more experience will get more out of this workshop.
