Reno and Sariah are coming back to the Bay to share their original material and favorite flows. Expect funky washing machines, creative drills, inversion skills, and group activities to keep it rolling. You’re welcome to send content requests ahead of time and we’ll do our best to include them! This workshop is designed to support a range of levels, offering progressions and tricky options to level up and explore more advanced variations.
