Level up Bridge Series

Service Description

Have you been coming to the level 1 class and are curious about level 2? Are you worried you might not be ready for intermediate but the level 1 class is starting to feel too repetitive and focused on intro level? This 4 session series is aimed to teach a handful of fundamental movement patterns we regularly use level 2. By the end of the series, you’ll have all the prerequisite skills needed to attend our level 2 class. We’re going to deep dive on some of the foundational washing machines that we rarely teach fully in level 1 but assume you know in level 2.
