Have you ever wanted to inlocate? What about pop higher and better than ever? Well then this is the workshop for you! Together we will break down the elements that make pops floaty, make catches soft, and make the mechanical movements of inlocates actually make sense! Starting from theory and moving into practical drills, you'll gain the understanding and skills to safely share this multi-person movement sequence. All content is scaled, so no matter your experience level, you'll have something to learn and build upon! No partner or experience necessary. Those with more experience will get more out of this workshop.
