Our guest instructors

Adi Firefly enjoys exploring life principles through movement. Her work focuses on building precision, connection, and adaptability as teachable foundations for both individual growth and collaborative practices.
With a background in gymnastics, flow arts, circus, and Feldenkrais techniques, Adi brings a playful and grounded approach to cultivating resilience in acro. She is known for creating safe and dynamic learning environments where practitioners feel supported in challenging themselves as they experience the holistic benefits of acro (such as physical well-being, consent-based touch, social connection, and expressive freedom). From this space of trust and curiosity, she inspires others to explore flow and develop awareness through shared physical dialogue.
Her current work focuses on developing intentional pathways between ground and base, positioning controlled falls and transitional movements as essential components of creative acro technique.

Devon French has been living the acroyoga teacher's life for the last 10 years. Teaching in many countries around the world has led Devon to understand that communication is more than words. From a foundation of strong connection and communication, both verbal and nonverbal, we can explore the many facets of this beautiful practice and open up our minds to what is possible.
Devon is the co-founder of VanCityAcro and has guided many people safely through classes, workshops, retreats, and teacher trainings.
